While reading through the first chapter the other day, I noted that the two stories given were not at all similar to mine. (I had a missed m/c the first time, and I'm not sure what to say about the second except that I knew something was wrong all along and that was finally confirmed at 13 wks. I had a d&c with both.) But along the way I found tidbits of myself and others in my life. So I really did connect with the characters. I also found it interesting that two of the characters first cross paths in the ER. It made me wonder if that's just a coincidence or something important for later on in the book. I haven't been able to play the video yet, but I'll try again when I'm not pressed for time.
