With this pregnancy my stomach has gotten harder and my boobs are sore. I never took precautions my first pregnancy lifting things or exercise. I kept doing the things I normally do. Last week I lifted 50lb boxes of books because that's a normal thing in my work day. I ended up doubled over. Not in pain just Naseau. Since then my boobs don't hurt as much my stomach is softer at certain points in the day and sometimes I get abdominal pains. I have a weird feeling something is wrong and I dont know if it's due to the fact everyone talked about miscarriage and has freaked me out. Or if something is truely wrong. ]]> By: Saddened http://pregnancyloss.info/symptoms-of-miscarriage/comment-page-12/#comment-24919 Saddened Fri, 03 Feb 2012 15:05:19 +0000 http://www.pregnancyloss.info/?page_id=65#comment-24919 I found out I was pregnant at around 5 wks 5 days, since I wasn't expecting this, I had been spotting pink about a week prior, so decided to take a hpt, it was positive, when straight to doc that same day he did an ultrasound and saw everything in it's place and just a lil nub in the sac, scheduled me for a week later to see if we could see a heartbeat, sure enough that following week a day before my scheduled ultrasound I started bleeding now it was blood but not alot but enough to stain my pad, I called the OB nurse and she was able to get me in that same day, well after getting my ultrasound done went to see the nurse so she'd let me know the results and she told me we have a baby with a heartbeat now, I couldn't have been any happier nut concerned at the same time because of the bleeding she suggested I go home and take it easy well by that evening there was no more red blood just spotting when I wiped. So my first oB appt wad scheduled for 2 weeks later, however during these two weeks I'd spot off and on , so went to my appt did an ultrasound and I was able to see baby and hear the heartbeat, and she explained that there are some woman that have spotting throughout their pregnancies. She scheduled me for 6 weeks later. Well that visit was just last Tuesday, yesterday at 2 am I woke up to use the restroom and had a lil cramping since last Thursday, called the nurse she explained it could be due to everything stretching that it would subside and to watch out for any clots or blood well I didn't have either of two but I was still spotting off and on since before I found out I was pregnant. So I sit on the toilet and felt a gush, I thought to myself I haven't even started urinating yet so I did but when I wiped there was bright red blood I got up to put a pad on and it just started gushing out like a faucet had been opened. Panicking I woke up my husband and told him to take me to ER, meanwhile I wad trying to change my pad cuz it was sacurated and I was able to so I grabbed a towel and put it on over my pants. , by the time we got to the hospital5-7 minutes later I was soked. I started getting cramps at this time, sonographer did her thing and we again saw baby with heartbeat but was dropping into the uterus, when doc came in we told us that we were having a miscarriage that my uterus wad rejecting the fetus perhaps the chromosomes weren't right and that the only way he could stop my bleeding was to do a D& C, sadess news, but my husband and I believe in our Lord and know that this was at HIS will and not ours, this was just yesterday morning it's hard to get through the emotions of it all and I lost alot of blood so I feel weak and lil unbalanced....I know I have to replenish my blood loss to feel better, and need to eat whatever contains iron for that. My dreams were shattered with this, but believe my faith and hope is still strong, so we are definitely going to try again. May God bless you all. I had blood taken yesterday to see my hcg levels etc... I haven't had any abnormal cramping to my knowledge but am so worried!!
